Product Updates
Setting default timer duration: Admin teachers can customize default timer duration for IRAT, TRAT, and Application Case activities.
Sorting of names: Teachers can sort display names in the following formats: only first name (John), only last name (Smith), 'first name, last name' (John Smith) and 'last name, first name' (Smith John).
e-Gallery walk timer: e-Gallery walk timer will be visible to students at all times during the activity.
Narrative feedback: Teachers can now provide written feedback in addition to grading students and teams in Application Case activities.

1. Oversize Load - Using Cognitive Load Theory to Curate the Readiness Process
Date: February 7, 6pm - 8pm EST
Join Zachary Noel, Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, where he will walk you through practical ways to curate the readiness process through the lens of cognitive load theory. Attendees will learn about the basic tenets of cognitive load theory, how it can inform the design of pre-class materials, and practical ways to exchange unnecessary cognitive load with productive cognitive load.
Join TBL Consultants Chris Burns and Suzan Kamel-ElSayed for an hour-long discussion on why TBL is a popular pedagogy in health sciences curriculum. During the discussion, attendees will get a chance to ask questions about TBL, how to get started with and scale it in their own curriculum.
This interactive workshop is designed to provide educators a foundation to develop and improve student peer-evaluation activities. We will explore different summative and formative peer evaluations methods and learn how InteDashboard can be used to conduct different peer evaluation methods.
